1. How far in advance should I schedule my move?
You should to give yourself at least 30 days in advance to book your move date. This will allow you to pick the day and time that works best for you. Keep in mind that the last week of the month fills up quickly, as for the rest of the month, usually 2 weeks in advance is sufficient.

2. Are you open seven days a week?
No. We are open Monday through Saturday. We DO NOT work on Sunday.

3. How long will it take for my items to arrive?
If you are ready for immediate delivery, we guarantee your shipment to arrive within a maximum of 15 calendar days.

4. Can I change my move date after I make a reservation? Is there a fee involved?
Yes. You can change your move date as long as there is availability. No, we do not charge a fee or penalty.
