1. How do I get boxes and moving supplies ahead of my move date?
You can buy moving supplies online, or at Home Depot, Lowe's, Box Brothers, etc. Many of them will deliver to your door, often times with no delivery fee (with minimum purchase).

2. Do I need to wrap my furniture items?
All furniture items must be wrapped and protected to be transported across country safely. You have 3 options:
1. You can do it yourself.
2. Purchase the supplies ahead of time, ie; blankets, tape, wrap. (we do not charge labor to wrap furniture)
3. You can let our movers do it for you. Our crews always have materials on hand and can take care of it for you on the day of your move.

3. Can I leave clothing in my dresser drawers?
No. Drawers should be emptied from all items to avoid damage to your furniture during transit.

4. What do I need to do to prepare my appliances/TV for the move?
Before our movers arrive, you should arrange for the appropriate professionals to disconnect your appliances from any electric, gas, or water connection, and/or custom wall installations, TV brackets, etc. Also make sure to empty your dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine/dryer, etc.

5. Will you move my plants?
No. We do not transport live plants on long distance moves.

6. Are there any items that you can not move?
All licensed movers, are not allowed to move hazardous or combustible items such as propane tanks, firearms, paint, aerosols, etc.

7. What can I do to ensure that my belongings end up in the correct room during delivery?
Mark all of your boxes clearly with the designated room name for delivery. Boxes should be labeled on all sides. Your movers will work closely with you at the destination to make sure everything ends up where you want it.

8. How will the movers know what items to take and what to leave behind?
When the movers first arrive at the pick up location, they will do a walk through accompanied by you and will confirm which items are going and which are not. Prior to their arrival, and in order to prevent confusion, we suggest to you put post-it notes on the items, marking which are staying and which are going.
